Jeff has served on the Board of Schuster Capital Management since 2000 and was appointed Vice Chairman in 2007. With over 25 years of experience in corporate executive management and investor relations, and in conjunction with his long term involvement as a real estate investor with The Schuster Group, his key role as Vice Chairman of the Board is to serve as an advisor to the CEO. He is currently the founder and principal of Catalyst Consulting which serves technology startups and small businesses with management consulting and fundraising.

Jeff is active in the community and is currently on the Board of Directors of Jewish Family Service and Rainier Scholars. Jeff is a Washington State University alumni graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Business. He also earned an Executive Program Certification from Stanford University School of Business and an International Business Certificate from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark.
