Mark T. Walsh
Chief Operating Officer
Mark has over 25 years of real estate investment management experience. As the firm’s COO/CFO, Mark oversees all operations for the company and serves on the executive council with the CEO. He oversees general operations, along with managing the company’s financial activities from debt financing to asset acquisitions and dispositions. In addition to his operational role, Mark specializes in guiding the firm's private equity initiatives.

As a seasoned real estate executive, Mark enjoys an impeccable reputation and is recognized nationally for his experience and business acumen. Mark has managed real estate assets in excess of $1 billion throughout his career, managing assets for national and international companies. He is a respected leader and is known as an effective manager, able to build loyal and productive teams to create an atmosphere of respect while operating at the highest level of production, investment return, and quality control.

Mark’s professional credentials include the Chartered Financial Analyst, Certified Property Manager, and Real Property Administrator designations. In addition, he maintains an active Washington State Real Estate Broker’s license. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics/Business from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Masters in Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from the University of Southern California and is the firm's designated broker. Mark serves on the Board of Washington Conservation Voters, a bi-partisan organization which advocates for strong environmental policies.
