Senior Development Manager

Scott has over 30 years of construction and development management experience in single-family, multi-family, commercial and resort development in the Western United States and Japan. Prior to joining The Schuster Group, Scott served as the Senior Development Manager for Wyndham Vacation Ownership, developing multi-family residential resort projects from $5,000,000 to $45,000,000 in California, Colorado, Idaho, Utah, Oregon and Washington. He is well respected within the industry for his experience and construction management acumen.

As Senior Development Manager, Scott is responsible for oversight and coordination of the development team including construction management and support staff. In his capacity, he successfully manages all processes involved in development programming for the firm including: contract negotiation and management, scheduling, contract administration, construction practices and applications, sustainability initiatives and certification, design comprehension and application, customer service compliance, warranty administration and budgeting and financial analysis. Scott is a member of the company’s executive management council.
